Join us for the Rotary Club of Edinburg's annual Bayou Brewfest, a special event marking the kickoff of our 100-year anniversary celebration. Recognized as Edinburg's Best Community Event by the Chamber of Commerce for 2024, this vibrant festival combines Cajun culture, craft beer, and live music to support a wide range of humanitarian, educational, and cultural exchange programs at both local and international levels. Over the years, we have proudly distributed more than half a million dollars to these causes.

Local Impact

Our local initiatives have made significant contributions to the community, supporting organizations such as:

• Children's Advocacy Center of Hidalgo County
• Habitat for Humanity
• Ronald McDonald House at Edinburg Children's Hospital

Global Reach

Internationally, the Rotary Club of Edinburg is committed to improving infrastructure, education, and healthcare in developing countries. Our efforts have supported:

• Casa Amparo Orphanage in Reynosa, Mexico
• Days for Girls Hygiene Packets for distribution in third-world countries

One of our most impactful international initiatives is PolioPlus, a project that aims to eradicate polio worldwide. Since our first vaccination project in 1979, Rotary and its partners have reduced polio cases by 99.9%.
